So refreshing to actually receive real customer service in today’s world!! We drove all the way from western Oregon to Seattle because the price and features of our new FORD F350 SUPER DUTY were unparalleled at any other Ford dealer in the Northwest! Honestly!! Called and was able to get an appointment right away, whereas other dealers were weeks away. Great working with Paul as my Service Advisor. He kept me informed on how things were going with the work being done on my truck.

Paul was an excellent service advisor and was very helpful in explaining what was found during the diagnostics, what work needed to be done, and the costs. I also greatly liked the pickup / drop off service. It's such a hassle to have to deal with trying to drop off the car myself during my working hours and figuring out a ride back when I don't have my car, etc. so it was was so nice to have them be able to come by and just get my keys and take my car themselves. I will definitely be using that service again!
