I recently purchased a car from Pierre Mitsubishi in Everett and had an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. I highly recommend requesting Blake Tyler as he is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He was also incredibly helpful with answering my numerous questions, setting up my car’s features and he never tried to steer me towards something that was out of my stated price range. Further, when the car I was looking at was sold before I could get back, they substituted a car with even lower miles for the same price. I would absolutely purchase a car from Pierre in the future and would insist on working with Blake.

Bought a used Subaru yesterday. Staff was friendly, helpful, and was clear about every step they were taking to get me into the right vehicle. Blake, Scott, and Nate were all-stars! If I need another vehicle, I'll be going back (and sending anyone I know that needs a dependable used vehicle)

The sale person are nice enough but the price, specially the monthly payment is outrageously high. My credit is ding due to divorce and on the job injury. The sales person and the mgr. we dealt with the first is no where around when we pick up the jeep. We have to re-explain what was decided, they lost our paperwork we filled out. Left mad with the deal I got. I was taken advantage. Also they made me feel like a crook. Never gonna go buy there again.

I was able to work with Scott who did an excellent job on helping me purchase my first car! His team was so amazing and I couldn’t be more excited about my experience with them. It was so easy and they were on top of everything.
