My experience with the service department at Northtown Hyundai was excellent. I needed verification by them to get reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses paid to my mechanic for the warranted work that he did. This service did all that I needed to have. I had a wonderful, fulfilling, pleasant and EXCITING experience with buying my second new car EVER! I did extensive research to find the right car for me and was surprised to see that the Hyundai Kona rated in the top 5 on MULTIPLE auto sites (Consumer Reports, Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds to name a few).
