Beautiful inside, amazing dealership. Awesome coffee machine even though we did very little waiting. Extremely attentive. Craig was a rockstars we looked at multiple cars and my wife demanded we buy from him because he was amazing. Will recommended Craig to anyone I know buying a new car.

My experience with the service department at Northtown Hyundai was excellent. I needed verification by them to get reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses paid to my mechanic for the warranted work that he did. This service did all that I needed to have. They did it quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Great group to have work on your vehicle!

I had a wonderful, fulfilling, pleasant and EXCITING experience with buying my second new car EVER! I did extensive research to find the right car for me and was surprised to see that the Hyundai Kona rated in the top 5 on MULTIPLE auto sites (Consumer Reports, Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds to name a few). MIKE REES was an excellent salesperson who kept me informed, made the process seamless and easy for me. He didn't pressure me and let me make sure I was making the right choice and getting the best deal possible. He also had a lot porter (Manny - an awesome guy who drove carefully, was great company and also easy to communicate with) pick me up from the airport today to bring me in to sign paperwork and take ownership of my beautiful 2024 Hyundai Kona SEL AWD in Neotoric Yellow (although it looks bright neon lime green to me!) GARY from finance was extremely thorough and worked hard to find the best financing options and add-ons that made sense for my purchase. I strongly recommend this dealership and working with Mike & Gary to purchase your next vehicle! UPDATE: Had a battery issue with my new vehicle and schedule service for a month out. So I drove to the dealership and they helped me right away! They are diagnosing the issue and even gave me a free shuttle home and will pick me up when it's ready!!! Love Northtown! ??
