He truly and genuinely cares for the satisfaction and safety of his customers driving in acura cars. Always very professional and very knowledgeable as well as keeping us posted of how our service is going in a timely manner. He listens to our concerns and ensures it is looked at and if any work is needed, informs us in a timely manner. First thing first, I just wannna say thank you to AR for helping me with my car purchasing experience. As soon i turn park and got out the car he came walking up and said how can I help you told him what I was looking for and 10-15 min later we were test driving the car, he answered all my questions and made my buying experience easy and fast. He even gave me pizza for waiting, also the finance guy I forgot his name (so sorry) help me answer even more of my questions and was super nice. This is probably my last Acura I will be purchasing for now but if I ever do decide I will definitely come back to this branch! I’m from San Francisco and it’s worth the drive!
