I have been taking our cars here for a very long time and I have confidence that our vehicle will be taken care of because we have been working with the best service advisor, Erik! He truly and genuinely cares for the satisfaction and safety of his customers driving in acura cars. Always very professional and very knowledgeable as well as keeping us posted of how our service is going in a timely manner. He listens to our concerns and ensures it is looked at and if any work is needed, informs us in a timely manner. I rarely write reviews, but I will happily take my time to write this one as I had amazing customer experience here in this dealership! I was shopping around for a car and called Acura of Concord and spoke to Wally. He was kind and helped me along the entire process. First thing first, I just wannna say thank you to AR for helping me with my car purchasing experience. As soon i turn park and got out the car he came walking up and said how can I help you told him what I was looking for and 10-15 min later we were test driving the car, he answered all my questions and made my buying experience easy and fast. He even gave me pizza for waiting, also the finance guy I forgot his name (so sorry) help me answer even more of my questions and was super nice. This is probably my last Acura I will be purchasing for now but if I ever do decide I will definitely come back to this branch! I’m from San Francisco and it’s worth the drive! Thank you AR and the team!
