My family and I are now owners of a beautiful used Ford F-150. Thank you to Aaron Ford Lake Elsinore for making it happen and dealing with our 3 trades as well. They even paid for an Uber for my wife when she took one of the cars up to Lake Elsinore from San Diego. Great experience for my wife and I as we had never bough a vehicle from a dealer before. Thank you to AJ and Israel for making it happen. You guys are the best and special thanks to all the Aaron Ford locations as we had been bouncing around to the other locations over the last few weeks to try and find the right truck for our family.

This place is awesome me and my family were checking the new F150’s and Sergio come out and help us, he explain to us the different models and the options, he make us feel comfortable, he answers all our questions, Israel in Finance Explain to us every paragraph on the contract this two guys are amazing

Shout out to Nick Staffieri and Ryan Manning. They got one of our service vans in late yesterday afternoon. Got it serviced and fixed some worn hoses, also took a look at a rumbling noise. It was ready for me this morning as soon as they opened. Extremely happy with the level of customer service and care they provided. Will continue to use them as our fleet grows! Thanks guys.

Service was fine, however, getting through to anyone to schedule service is near impossible. This not due to the service people it's the company. Before Aaron took over it was very easy to schedule service appointment. Not now, it's horrible. The service advisor Kim Hawkins is awesome. Oh, and didn't get a copy of the the report card thing, paper that shows red, yellow, green and what checked, etc. Change how service appointments are scheduled and make it easier.
