Shout out to Nick Staffieri and Ryan Manning. They got one of our service vans in late yesterday afternoon. Got it serviced and fixed some worn hoses, also took a look at a rumbling noise. Service was fine, however, getting through to anyone to schedule service is near impossible. This not due to the service people it's the company. Before Aaron took over it was very easy to schedule service appointment. Not now, it's horrible. The service advisor Kim Hawkins is awesome. Oh, and didn't get a copy of the the report card thing, paper that shows red, yellow, green and what checked, etc. Change how service appointments are scheduled and make it easier.
