My family of 6 needed a new dependable vehicle. We weren’t in the greatest position still owing on our current vehicle. We went into look at a car here and met, Dustin, the sales manager. He was amazing! The whole sale was easy and pleasurable. They gave us an unbelievable deal and we walked with a great vehicle for my family. We are so grateful that we walked in to this dealership and met some wonderful people who truly cared and wanted to help. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a new car!

He’s a great conversationalist and kept me on the lot when I was getting discouraged about finding the perfect car. The process was near seamless and quick— with thorough explanations. What a miracle we received here at Volvo Arrowhead. I was helping my sister look for a new vehicle. I ended up reaching Dustin the sales manager and let him know the situation. We needed help with a negative trade and he made it happen. My sister got an outstanding deal and can now fit the whole family into her new Buick Enclave. Prior to visiting this location, I had not read any previous reviews. I went in with zero expectations after a LONG and disappointing day of car shopping. I called ahead to see if a used car was still on the lot and Rich let me know it was available and would have someone pull it around for me. When I got there (rather close to closing I might add), the car was right out front and I was greeted by Nick. He was very kind and was able to answer every question I had about the car. We went for a test drive and started the purchasing process. Not once through my experience, did I feel rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable; even though it was after closing. I appreciated their kindness, honesty, and options available for financing! I ended the night with Ramiro the Finance Manager. He took the time to educate me on things no one ever has before. Prior to typing out this review, I read others previously posted. I feel as my experience was the opposite of prior negative reviews and I believe that shows growth within the used car sales department and will still GLADLY recommend Rich, Nick, Ramiro, & the entire Volvo Arrowhead Used Car team to my friends & family!
