Mechanically in perfect order. All front control arms for front uppers, lowers, forward and rearward replaced with all brand new OEM parts. There is nothing that drives like a very well serviced, low mileage RS7 like this. Mechanically in perfect order and very tight in its overall feel. Brand new all matching Pirelli OE spec tires. Non smoker car. Must see and drive to appreciate. Extremely clean all the way around. Very high quality Aftermarket exhaust with automatically operated active exhaust valves which work to keep the car quiet and quaint in neighborhood type driving and then open up the motors true potential when under load. Very clean sound overall. No aftermarket tunes or any nonsense.

Everything you've read in previous reviews is 100% true even until now! Wonderful experience with Ramsey. No gimmicks, no pressure, no games. Purchased a cute little mini for our granddaughter. Ramsey has gone over the vehicle with a fine toothcomb and fixed whatever was found or anything I had concerns about. He's really great with following up and providing answers before and during the sales process. I must admit it's a little harder catching him after a sale because he's giving that same pre-sale attention to another potential buyer, BUT he WILL get back to you and address your after-purchase concerns. I would recommend Ramsey and his family's dealership to anyone looking for an open and honest experience.

Had the unfortunate event of my daily driven vehicle be rear ended and totaled. I was on the lookout for a specific replacement and landed at Catoctin Automotive Group after swinging and missing at other dealerships. He worked with me to make a deal that was fair to both of us, and provided excellent customer service even after the deal was complete. He has access to auctions and such as a dealer and I am confident will do his best to obtain a vehicle to your liking. The overall experience of replacing a totaled vehicle is not ideal, but Ramsey made it as smooth as possible for me. Ramsey has the rare quality of high level of integrity in a business that is usually plagued with shady tactics. I recommend everyone to see him first when shopping for a used car.
