Alex, Was great in my effort to purchase a new car. I was not sure of what I was going to purchase. I was looking at several cars at different dealership. My Service Representative Natasha at Lincoln Melbourne, Florida went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle issues/needs. She ensured that I had a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. She kept me informed and updated me on my vehicle status and when I came in to pickup my vehicle, not only did Natasha explained everything to me in full detail about vehicle service experience, she sit in my vehicle with me and went over numerous steps to ensure the problem was corrected. Some repairs could not be done that day because parts had to be ordered, so she ordered the parts and was already on top of scheduling my return appointment for the part to be replaced as well as scheduling me a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. She updated me on what services need to be done in the near future/months. Natasha was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and displayed overwhelming concern to ensure I had everything I needed as well as making me feel very welcome and comfortable during my entire service visit. Natasha is an "Awesome" representative that cares about the customer and their vehicle needs. Her customer service skills was well overdue because since the pandemic customer service was horrible and people who work in the industry and workforce forgot about their job values and the companies reputation when providing customers service until Natasha and numerous Lincoln service representative and sales representatives (Xavier) that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I am so glad I purchased my Lincoln Nautilus and finally got the outstanding customer service I received and deserved. Bravo Zulu Natasha! Outstanding Job!

Folks, Let me just say, that this place was fantastic to work with!!! Bo you have been the best sales person I've ever worked with!!! Bo was honest, overly thorough, accommodating, accurate, non-pressuring and patient with the numerous request of pictures and videos due to us living states away. Josh, the Finance manager was also great to work with. He made it his mission to get us the best deal! unlike other dealerships, this place had our best interest. This was the first time we ever purchased a car that was states away, with out seeing it in person. When we arrived to the dealer, the car was more than perfect!
