I have been leasing and buying my cars from Basil Ford Walden Avenue for more than 14 years. I've also taken my cars for Inspection & any repairs to Basil & am very pleased with their service. The Courtesy extended is very impressive. The waiting area is very comfortable. Television is provided along with coffee & water & items to eat. A large window allows us to see our vehicles being worked on. Today I was truly impressed & very grateful to my Service Advisor. She was very helpful & kind apologizing for my longer wait. Parts needed to be ordered & she was very courteous explaining that she would let me know when the parts would be in. I was so impressed with her service. I will continue taking my car to Basil Ford Walden Avenue & hopefully will be able to buy another vehicle soon from Basil.

I so appreciate Basil Ford’s Dealership! All aspects of the dealership are top notch. Today I had a service appointment for my 2022 Bronco and I can’t say enough about the service I received. Aaron was very thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. He shared information from the shuttle ride to the expected wait time. Service to may vehicle was completed in detail.
