I came in looking for pricing and information on a Jeep Compass. I had come from a previous Jeep in Garden city where I had a poor experience because the sales rep did not want to sell me a car in my price range and accommodate my needs. From the start I had an exceptional experience here. I explained my circumstances and my interests/needs with the sales manager Jill and sales rep Shah. They were so dedicated to meeting my expectations and working a deal out that was right for me. I test drove a vehicle that day. They were so kind and patient. I ended up with an amazing deal and they stayed late with me until we got the right one. Shah personally assisted me through my insurance delays as I’m a first time buyer on his day off. Shah took his time walking me through key features and important details of the trims to find me the right one. I felt he was so easy to talk too and be personable with so I felt extremely comfortable through what normally would be an intimidating experience. I appreciate the service here from start to finish thank you so much!!!! I love my Jeep!

So I came from Philadelphia to get a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee because I got a great deal. Everyone was so helpful. But Oscar went above and beyond. He stayed until almost 10 o’clock that night to make sure we didn’t leave without our dream car. We laughed and joked to pass the time while we waited for all the approvals to be completed. Oscar even called us to check on us and see how things were going. Now my family wants to go to South Shore so they can get a great deal too. I would recommend anybody looking for a NICE car and great deal to visit South Shore and ask for Oscar, he’ll take care of you. ??????????

This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. They are extremely transparent with pricing (no hidden dealer fees or unwanted packages) and very up front with all the information you need to make an educated decision without being pushed into making an impulsive decision.
