They were so dedicated to meeting my expectations and working a deal out that was right for me. I test drove a vehicle that day. They were so kind and patient. I ended up with an amazing deal and they stayed late with me until we got the right one. Shah personally assisted me through my insurance delays as I’m a first time buyer on his day off. Shah took his time walking me through key features and important details of the trims to find me the right one. I felt he was so easy to talk too and be personable with so I felt extremely comfortable through what normally would be an intimidating experience. So I came from Philadelphia to get a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee because I got a great deal. Everyone was so helpful. But Oscar went above and beyond. He stayed until almost 10 o’clock that night to make sure we didn’t leave without our dream car. We laughed and joked to pass the time while we waited for all the approvals to be completed. Oscar even called us to check on us and see how things were going. Now my family wants to go to South Shore so they can get a great deal too.
