We pulled into Russell Barnett shortly after a quick call to the service department on a Tuesday morning shortly after they opened with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was overheating. We were out of towners from South Louisiana on vacation. The professional and knowledgeable service dept took us right in and repaired the vehicle and we were on our way in 2 hrs with a bill that we thought was fair. I understand that opinions are just that, but I can’t help but praise Russell Barnet Ram in Decherd, TN. To start the journey, I had a 2005 Duramax that I loved. It wasn’t enough to pull the equipment that I wanted it to pull. I traded it because I am impatient, and I hate the whole bickering with people thing. I had a quick number in mind, so I told them to take it around the block. They offered me $1500 more than that number! I went through 3 separate truck purchases with them because I have to have the best, so I’m told. I ended up with a new 3500 Laramie. Travis made sure everything went smoothly. The service has always been impeccable. Wayne Finchum and his crew know what they are doing. They even figured out how to fix a common issue with a likely solution. Financing has never been an issue. They even honored an earlier agreement with one heck of a bargain service policy. Trust them? Yes, Purchase from them again? Yes, Recommend their extended service plans? Yes!
