Melanie, the sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. And told me about what she noticed about the vehicle when she test drove it herself. And related to me those issues. But she was ready and in fact did deal with those issues to fix them. She was very friendly and professional. And my vehicle is very nice too. She got me the exact vehicle I wanted.

Danira is amazing! I gave her my budget, my preferences, and my less than perfect credit history and she managed to find the perfect car for me. Everyone at the McAllen location was super friendly and welcoming. All my questions were answered without judgement and everyone worked fast to get me into my new car, which was very clean with low mileage and very nice features.
