Melanie, the sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. And told me about what she noticed about the vehicle when she test drove it herself. And related to me those issues. But she was ready and in fact did deal with those issues to fix them. She was very friendly and professional. And my vehicle is very nice too. She got me the exact vehicle I wanted.
