We pulled into Russell Barnett shortly after a quick call to the service department on a Tuesday morning shortly after they opened with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was overheating. We were out of towners from South Louisiana on vacation. The professional and knowledgeable service dept took us right in and repaired the vehicle and we were on our way in 2 hrs with a bill that we thought was fair. I understand that opinions are just that, but I can’t help but praise Russell Barnet Ram in Decherd, TN. To start the journey, I had a 2005 Duramax that I loved. It wasn’t enough to pull the equipment that I wanted it to pull. I traded it because I am impatient, and I hate the whole bickering with people thing.
