After some negotiation, we made the deal. Our salesman Jason did an excellent job for us. He was helpful in every way. We live in NY State and traded our car in at Mac Haik, and they made it easy to do! The 1700 mile break-in ride home was a lot of fun! You have to love 400 HP!

I was blessed to have Mrs Christina as my service representative. She went above to make sure I was able to get my a/c fixed. My warranty company was not cooperating very good in the beginning and would not respond to phone call or emails. Mrs Christina was patient, and did not play any games when it came to my warranty company and them covering the repairs. Therefore, with the issuers she was dealing with she managed to still be able to keep me in the know of all regarding the next steps. When the service was completed I did have to come out of pocket from what the warranty company wouldn’t cover, but Mrs Christina and the cashier department was able to assist me with the Ford Pass app and I was able to receive the first responders discount. I also had a great experience with the rental service department. I received a rental that had a manufacture defect, I informed of the mater and showed the representative and manager the problem they were able to get me in a new rental in little to no time. My overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend this Ford dealership. Thank you all for the great customer service!
