I was very skeptical coming to this dealership because of past experiences with another but the more and more that I dealt with Lisa the more I felt comfortable moving forward. She communicates very well from the beginning to the end, I felt very comfortable, returning my lease to them and purchasing a new lease and she was very helpful showing me all the options of the Cherokee including the features of the jeep app. She treated me as a human not just someone buying a car.
