This was BY FAR the best car buying experience!! We were kindly greeted by Marcus late Sunday night in hopes to make a purchase without the headache of all this experience entails. He directed us towards Scott, who he said would take excellent care of us, which was an understatement. Scott went above and beyond by truly just listening to our needs and we never felt like he was trying to sell us anything. It was so nice to actually browse without feeling bombarded with typical sales questions. My mom and I then headed to the new cars as well and were greeted by Peter who was also so kind and willing to help in any way. As we made a decision, we were brought to finance, in which Chris took excellent care of us as well. It was way past close, but he never made us feel like a burden in anyway. I just have to say thank you. Thank you for being genuine people. Thank you for making us feel like we made the right decision choosing y’all because each and everyone of y'all exceeded our expectations. My mom is ecstatic with her purchase and to top it off, Scott drove 40 minutes out to her house the following day to return her EZ tag bar that was attached to her license plate. I just have to say and it saddens me to say this, but this type of customer service just doesn’t exist anymore!

I’m going to start by saying TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND DEALERSHIP! So around few months ago I was passing by this dealership and I liked the black Corsair so I stopped by and I walked in. Drew greeted me by the door and he introduced himself he showed me a couple of cars around the lot, I was impressed by the service but I had that stereotypical mindset about dealerships, waste of time, sketchy and not honest so I wasn’t really sure if I wanted to spend more time at the dealership. After meeting Drew the way he explained me showed me all the numbers values it was honestly the best experience I had at a “car dealership”. The Corsair was my wife’s anniversary gift and she loves it! My first impression about Lincoln was amazing! About two days ago! I came back to Drew ended up trading my Lexus for a Nautilus and he went off his route to everything again for me to be in the payments I wanted to be in the car I saw myself! And today I got an appreciation gift from Drew and Team Lincoln and I am so glad to be a part of this wonderful brand! Thank you Team Lincoln including Drew, the finance team the receptionist ( she’s a sweetheart ) and everyone for always helping us. Keep doing what you guys do! It’s the thought and gesture that counts! We appreciate all you do!

Service was 5 star when I took my vehicle in last week. Service manager Steve helped out greatly with a issue that I brought my car in for. He went above and beyond to help. I appreciated his expertise and kind help. My service attendant was just the same. He gave me information I asked for and advice. I waited the appropriate time for the repairs that were completed on my vehicle. Very pleased and will return next for a mileage check up. Thanks to everyone who helped with my service!

My husband and I had a great experience with West Point Lincoln! Shannon provided amazing customer service from start to finish which made our purchase painless! He went above and beyond delivering my vehicle which was greatly appreciated! Jeff accompanied Shannon, and he was very knowledgeable on all the bells and whistles??????????

Fantastic customer experience; no hassles; transparent throughout; very responsive! My contact Ronald was knowledgeable, courteous and a very nice fellow. I give him and the dealership 5*’s!
