I was 300+ miles from home and my car was vibrating after hitting a pothole. The service department rotated 2 damaged front wheels/rims to the rear of the car and said it was OK to drive home, but that I needed to replace the bad wheels/rims. I am very grateful for their practical approach which got me home safely.

Update on my review. After my less than stellar review a few weeks ago, Danny McDuffie, the sales manager reached out to me regarding my remarks. At that point, I wasn’t ready to speak, however, Danny kept contact. He was polite and not pushy. He just wanted to see if he could make things right. After several conversations via phone, I felt comfortable enough to go in and I was impressed with Danny’s empathy and willingness to spend time with me to explain what he could do to make things right. Danny has been there for many years. When my wife and I bought the car, he was the finance manager and he’s since been promoted. They made the right choice. He took responsibility for someone else’s mess and when it’s time for us to lease another car this summer, we will give Valenti the first shot at a purchase.

Great product and easy transaction. Great lease deal, pricing was a major factor in choosing the vw id4! We love the simple German engineering as well. The tech layout is easy to get used to.
