Excellent experience with this dealership. Highly personable staff, from my salesmen Matt, to the sales manager and the man who appraised the value of my trade in. I purchased a 2021 Titan, after driving two hours to Amherst, Virginia. The price of the vehicle was precisely as advertised, the value of my trade in was congruent with current market. The vehicle I purchased was well serviced, presented professionally and priced below market. There is a nice waiting room with some amenities for customers as well.

Please read the entire review. The truck that I bought from them had some major issues that should have been caught before going on the lot for sale. Within 1 month of purchase, it needed around $8000 off work in various areas: Front brake pads and rotors. A brand new set of tires. BOTH exhaust manifolds were cracked in half. Both front CV axles and the entire front differential had to be replaced. HOWEVER: The entire service staff (Especially Savannah) and my sales rep Nathaniel went out of their way to take care of me and make sure the truck was repaired. They even gave me a loaner truck to use two different times during the whole process. I do want to add that I had to wrestle with the salesperson named Steve to give me a decent trade-in on my old truck. They gave me $7000 trade in and no less than 3 days later, the truck I traded in was posted for sale on their lot for $12,000. I suppose this is how the auto industry works, but that was the most frustrating part about the whole experience for me. The staff at this dealership are phenomenal. Savannah and Nathaniel both need a raise.

This is our second vehicle that we've purchased from VAO! I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else! Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Quincy goes above and beyond for his customers! They are also very efficient, and we didn't have to sit there for hours waiting for paperwork! Do yourself a favor and check them out!

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and Jeff helped me out so much. Jeff made me feel like I was just talking to another friend throughout the whole process and the vehicle he found for me is so nice. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
