This is a great dealership. They will work with you and take the time to explain the different options available. Alex Cambray was my sales person, he was awesome. Not pushy and very open/honest. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a car and don't want to be pushed around by your 'traditional sales person'. I'm so happy with my new 2024 Tundra, so happy that I could probably become a sales person myself!

5/5 experience dealing with Alvin and the rest of the team here. Being a GM at a boutique independent dealership myself, I have high expectations for how customers should be treated and greatly value efficiency. The team worked diligently to meet and exceed these expectations on a deal that was worked 99% remotely (which is not an easy task). You can rest assured you’re in good hands with Alvin. He actually takes the time to listen to your specific needs and follows through on his promises. I can honestly say I’m a very happy new Supra owner, thanks Alvin!

My wife and I were very happy with our experience at Toyota of Nashua. We were greeted by Mike Howard, a sales associate, when we entered the dealership. He was very polite as he offered us water. He gave us a bit of history of his employment at the dealership. Mike listened to our concerns of the color, make, model, accessories, and the size engine we wanted. He got it right on the first car we got to test drive. Lisa and I love our Toyota 4 runner. So if you’re shopping at Toyota of Nashua, ask for Mike Howard by name. Great sales associate, great dealership. They take the guesswork out of buying a car. Very satisfied customers.

First stress free experience car buying my wife and I had! Jeremy is a fantastic sales person. He never pressured us, was very easy going, not pushy at all. He answered all our questions and walked us through all the purchasing details. Highly recommend talking with Jeremy if you are in the market for a vehicle! At the time of the purchase the Highlander did not have a trailer hitch. I was told there service department could easily install a new hitch. I was apprehensive of adding it to a new vehicle. Well today we picked up the car and the hitch is installed and looks great. Lee in the service department was excellent to work with. Did exactly what he said he would and kept us informed via text!

This specific sales experience exceeded our expectations. We came in to look at a certain car and explained to our sales rep Dany Elnar, what we were looking for. He quickly understood and offered a better alternative with huge incentives from Toyota. He was very transparent, direct, honest, and easy to deal with. We didn’t have the normal back and forth- the entire purchase process took less than 3 hrs! Record time because Dany was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We felt like he was looking out for our interests and was being upfront about all the options. He found all the possible incentives we qualified for. He really made this process easy and streamlined. Grant was also a pleasure to deal with in finance and he was very patient with our questions, explaining the many options for maintenance packages. Honestly, I was not a Toyota fan, but I am of this dealership now! These guys truly took care of us and we feel like we got a great deal!
