Noah was very good with our oil change appointment. Instead of waiting at the dealership we took a courtesy shuttle and he gave us a ride home and back and even stopped by for our breakfast. I feel like we were treaded like Celebrities!

I live out of state. I buy my vehicles in Oregon due to high volume of vehicles to choose from. Tonkin Ford and Autumn were so quick in finding the exact Bronco Sport I asked for. I was able to drive 13 hours as soon as they notified me that they had my car. I arrived at 12:30 and was on the road again by 2:30! Autumn was so knowledgable about the car! She took time to show me key points and even helped me with setting up Fordpass, which is an amazing tool! They even took care of my South Dakota purchase paperwork for registering in that state. The entire team was so kind and professional, and FAST making my purchase happen. I'll be back in the future! Oh! There was snow in the mountains driving home so i got to try my GOAT MODES right away! Love this car!

We recently just purchased a new ford explorer from Tonkin Hillsboro Ford, and all I can say is WOW. From the start of our experience to the end, Isaac Wilson was incredible! He was very patient with us not knowing exactly what we wanted and flip flopping, super kind and nice to our kids who had to tag along, and he helped us find our dream car! He was super knowledgeable and made the whole experience so positive and easy! Give that guy a nice huge raise, because that was the best customer experience we ever had! So if your looking for a new or used ford, definitely go to Tonkin ford Hillsboro and ask for Isaac!! The only downside my husband and I didn’t like, but I won’t let that take away from the 5 stars, is one of the financial guys we worked with was kind and fun in the beginning, but after my dad who knows some management over there called in and wanted to help us with this process since it was our first brand new car, he made some uncomfortable jokes such as “must be nice to know people in high up places” & when I turned down of the maintenance packages he joked “well guess daddy will be paying for all your repairs”. I don’t know him well enough to know if he’s joking or not, and I found it kind of rude and so did my husband. But overall, Isaac and the team was awesome!

My experience with Tim and Tonkin Ford in Hillsboro was very good! I was treated very well and the car turned out great!! I will not hesitate to do business with this team again! Thanks so much Tonkin! ** UPDATE 2/16/2024. Took my grey 05 f150 back into to Tonkin for diagnostic and repairs. Lets hope this is yet another good experience...more later.
