I searched for a truck for close to 8 months before I found one at Tigers Ford and fell in love with it. This was my first vehicle buying experience and it couldn't have went more smoothly than it did! The salesman, Earl, was very nice and answered the questions I had for him. He never made me feel like he was treating me any different because I'm a woman like many other dealers in the past have. Earl stayed after closing to ensure that my purchase went smoothly, he had my truck cleaned again for me while I filled out paperwork, and he filled my truck up for me with gas. He even text me a few days after my purchase just to make sure I was still happy with my truck! It was a wonderful buying experience, and if I ever need to purchase a vehicle again in the future I will 100% go to them.

Great buying experience, we travelled to see the vehicle which was clean and ready to test drive. Shawn was an open book, honest, professional, and communicated throughout the whole process. Got the feeling they really wanted to connect people with good and reliable vehicles at decent price without pushing to sell you up, definitely not a high pressure sales environment. Delivered vehicle for free (on a Saturday!) 1 and a half hours away for no extra charge, and replaced missing key fob. Great experience in a stressful time!

After searching for months for the perfect truck, we finally found it at Tigers Ford. Upon arriving, the truck was exactly as advertised and we knew it was "the one" for us! The experience was pleasant and quick. We had a 2 hr drive to get there and knew we would arrive later in the afternoon after working and would likely push into after hours for the dealership, but they worked around our schedule and never once made us feel rushed. Shawn, Dylan, and Zach were an absolute pleasure to work with and we will definitely recommend them to friends and family that may be searching for a vehicle in the future.

Earl talked to me and made me feel comfortable with the decision making process; not pushy or aggressive at all and gave me the information i needed to make a well informed decision. Shawn made the process that usually takes the longest and makes you hate buying a car seem effortless and was so thorough in his due diligence that he found a way to save me over $400 AFTER i had already signed for the vehicle. These folks really do have the customers best interest in mind and they do what they say they'll do. Google doesn't have 6 stars so here ya go guys: ??

My fiancé and I went to Tigers Ford Thursday February 15th just to browse at some vehicles, we were not expecting to drive off with our new truck! The customer service was beyond amazing, we worked with Earl Baldwin he was very patient with us, listened to us and our wants/needs, and got us in our new 2020 F-150 XL! Not only did Earl help us out, the whole team, from service to detailing, treated us so well, very friendly place all together. We will definitely be using them for any further vehicle purchases, and we highly recommend you go to tigers ford and work with any of their staff but especially Earl Baldwin!
