I am glad I chose to purchase from Sterling McCall Acura. The salesman I dealt with, Zachary, was as good as they get. He communicated great throughout the deal, quickly provided me with all the information I asked for, very kind, and provided me with a deal that beat all other competitors in the area. Zachary made my buying process quick and easy. Everyone else I came in contact with there was also very friendly. If I need another vehicle in the future, I’ll definitely reach out to Zachary before anyone else. 10/10 dealership and salesman!

"I recently purchased a 2023 Acura MDX from Sterling McCall Acura, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The dealership staff was incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. In particular, I want to commend Darrell Babineaux, my salesmen, for his professionalism and outstanding customer service. Darrell was polite, courteous, and incredibly attentive to detail. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle for me. Great place to shop for a vehicle. I recommend consulting with Inessa. She did a great job getting me the perfect SUV, which fits my everyday commute, she assisted me in getting the best deal all around.

Looking for a no hassle, no games dealer… I explained my expectations very clearly to each dealership I visited in search of the next vehicle for my wife. After walking out of two others, we found a breath of fresh air at Sterling McCall. Our Sales Manager, Nick Mullas not only listen to what my expectations were… he honored, met, and actually exceeded a couple of them. My wife and I had a great experience with this purchase and that’s not real common in today’s world of dealerships acting like they are doing me a favor to even show me their stock and options. Nick’s sincerity shined through in everything he said and did. A step further… the finance team was just as respectful and after the “pitch”, did not try the hard sell on extras we did not want or need. We did want one of the available protection packages and actually found it reasonably priced for the additional coverage we received. I often wonder how places stay in business that don’t understand that I am the one writing the check and they are the one that must earn it. Bottom line Sterling McCall has a customer for life as long as the servant attitude continues.
