Where to start, I had a 2017 Nissan Rouge and I had in mind changing it for a larger car and that's where I saw the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and fell in love with it. I made an appointment online and Sheryl quickly contacted me, she was always kind, respectful and above all, she helped me with everything. It was easy to change the rogue for the pathfinder, especially because of the treatment they give you, they make you feel very confident. They really do. I am very happy to have gone with them and have this great experience. If you really need a new or used car, I recommend this dealer and above all, I recommend Sheryl, she is very good at what she does.

I have never had such a great experience as I did when purchasing my new Pathfinder. From sales to financing, everything went smoothly. My sales consultant, Cheryl, is such an knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, an amazing person. Her knowledge about all the features that the car was equipped with was so impressive. She took her time to explain EVERYTHING to me. I have purchased cars in the past where once you make the deal the consultant disappeared. This was not the case with Cheryl. She followed up with me, several times after my purchase was finalized, to make sure that I didn't have any questions or if I needed help with anything. If you are in the market for a new or used car go see Cheryl. You won't be disappointed.

I suddenly needed a new car. Having low credit and no money at the time, I thought I’d just go take a look at the beautiful Jeep Cherokee I saw on line and get an idea of how much money I would need as a down payment. I spoke with Mr Camron in sales and we test drove the Jeep which drove well, of course now comes the difficult conversations for me in getting financed. I met the manager, Mr Brandon who was very nice not pushy at all. He asked for 30 mins of my time promising me he’d get me financing and after only 30 min he indeed got me financed. I don’t know how he did it, but he did with no money down and a better interest rate than my last loan. I want to give a very special thanks to the sales agent Mr Camron who delivered my car to me at home, and to the manager Mr Brandon, and to Mr Andrew in the finance department.

I can honestly say I had a great experience here. My sales man, his name is Bill Robinson you should definitely go see him if you want a car because it was no pressure and he definitely treated me like a friend. I also left in a car I wanted and never felt force to get something.

I was very pleased at Brian Jordan’s polite introduction when he approached me as I pulled inside the service area. This was the second time bringing my vehicle in for this particular issue. He was very knowledgeable of the issue that needed to be addressed and actually explained certain scenarios why I was hearing the knocking under my floor mat on the driver side of the car. Then he introduced me to Igor, who showed me how my floor mat was knocking against the drive shaft. Never in my experience in dealing with a Service Department or Service Manager was I given such care. I was confident in their knowledgeable and explanation. Moving forward when my vehicle needs service, I will request Brian and Igor to assist me. They were extremely professional and showed kindness in making sure I understood clearly what was going on with my vehicle.
