at 77 Subaru you will get the most quality service, financial, and just overall the most quality experience. we recently bought a car from there and let me tell you not many dealers will sit there with you and talk out the smarter options of what you can put on the table. the general manager Michael Crawford will never fail to make the dreaded car buying experience the best it can be. he will make you laugh, share interests, and make sure you leave satisfied, and happy no matter what it costs him. he doesn’t just care about his company, he truly cares for every customer that comes through those doors no matter what. i want to thank michael and his amazing crew of people for helping me out even if it meant making sacrifices for himself, if you want to make car buying a whole new experience, 77 is the way to go!

Bought a new Subaru. No hidden fees, no mandatory packages or add ons. Very transparent process. Great price on gold plus extended warranty. Unfortunately immediately started having some issues. Subaru tech line couldn't figure it out. Lane the general sales manager went above and beyond to make it right.

On Thursday the 29th of February I had a 10:30 AM appointment with Angela Diamond, As always I showed up early at 10:00 AM she was ready and waiting on me. To start this off for a better understanding. I really don't like car shopping and have never had a good dealership experience. I had looked at a 2020 Forester Sport premium on their web site and that was the one she had ready for me to check out. No pushing me to see others first or any of the usual salesperson stuff took it for a test drive and yes I drove it! The vehicle had 61,000 miles on it so after we were done with the test drive she ask me if I wanted to see any other vehicle I said no but also told her what I needed to have to buy the vehicle I was here to see. She got right on the deal keep me informed at each step of the paperwork. She display a fully customer service Additute during the whole process while adding a friendly and welcoming environment in the process at each point of the process she kept me informed and always ask if I had any questions or concerns or needed anything. To be honest she was a delight to be working with. I know this kind of business needs a team to do it all and they were outstanding yet Angela was the one dealing with me and she made this experience pleasurable and quick. I came to your dealership dreading having to do another all day long car buying experience. But, that's not what happened it was in truth a pleasurable experience because of two reasons Angela and your team. Thank you very much. David Campbell.

10 Stars isn’t enough! We went in to “just look” and got “excited”! Leaving with not only my dream car, but a an amazing truck for my husband! That’s right, we loved this dealership so much we bought two! At so many dealerships, you are literally nothing but a number. This was like working with family to reach a goal! Michael Crawford, General Manager’s energy, knowledge and leadership is unmatched. Jaryl Austin, Sales took the time to answer all our crazy questions and show us what ever we wanted to look at and Damian Morales, Finance Manager was organized from all the details and paperwork, down to having a screwdriver! We will definitely be sending anyone we know here and will definitely return whenever we need to purchase again!

Let's first just say how amazing the staff at 77 Subaru are. Jerry and Micheal were a power team. My daughter walked in and got her dream car. And these guys made it happen for her. Thank you so, so very much.
