I recently purchased my first car, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. As a first-time buyer, I was a bit nervous about the process, but the team made everything incredibly easy and straightforward. Even though the dealership was quite busy, the staff ensured that everyone was attended to in a timely manner. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to answer all my questions and guide me through each step. Their professionalism and dedication truly made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Russ Darrow to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free car buying experience!

I bought this car from Russ Darrow. While the salesforce was very helpful and I’d revisit them, the service shop is where I was sold 100%. I retain regular maintenance, they continue to give advice on ways to keep the car in as best shape as possible - for which my daughter is pleased. I’m looking at needing to replace 2 other vehicles in this household and will be using Russ Darrow due to their staff and services.

At this point I am frustrated. Purchased a Chevy truck two weeks ago. Was told it was certified and had a bumper to bumper warranty (by the finance guy Pao) a couple of minor issues one being the on star( I was able to fix with the help and hours on the phone with on star). The truck was not washed before we took it home. I was told the car wash had a huge line etc. it was a very nice day for February. Took through the car wash today. Leaks by the back window badly. Called was told they would need to water test ($149) and were not sure if it would be covered under warranty. Was a little angry with that answer. I will be calling back to have a more in depth conversation tomorrow. I will keep you posted. In the mean time be cautious. 3/01/2023 update. I was called this morning and told they were going to cover the cost of the Water test ($149 dollars) and see what information that test provides. Repairs may still be my responsibility depending on what the warranty insurance covers. This vehicle that I have had approximately 2 weeks and on the window sticker it is marked no visible leaks. Yet my car detailer found water marks when ceramic coating and detailing it a little over a week ago. Water test appointment is tomorrow. More updates to follow 3/03/2023 update. Repairs done at no cost. Thank you. I haven’t personally confirmed that there’s no leaks, but I will update if it’s not fixed. So as of now changing my review. I felt a little brushed off when I first contacted them, but issues seem to be corrected and hopefully it’s all done. Thank you.
