My husband and I purchased a 2025 Equinox Rs from Romeo yesterday. Our sales rep Ashley was fantastic. She answered all questions and was very helpful. Our experience was a spectacular one.I highly recommend asking for Ashley if you are interested in a vehicle. This was our second vehicle purchase in less than a year. All experiences at Romeo were beyond great. Thank you again Ashley you are the best!

I've had a starkly different and positive experience with Romeo Chevrolet after a few challenging years dealing with Depaula in Albany. The team at Romeo Chevrolet is a breath of fresh air—organized, honest, and extremely customer-oriented. I highly recommend asking for Sam when you visit; he listens attentively to your needs without being pushy and works diligently to provide exactly what you're looking for. We purchased an excellent used Acadia and managed to bring it home within just two days. The finance manager was also impressive, securing a good interest rate swiftly and efficiently.

I was very happy with my purchase experience at Romeo. From George my salesman to Stephen the finance guy. I think I laughed the entire time in Stephen’s office. He was great! I said the truck had to be sexy and well George found it.

Ashley, was courteous and professional throughout the entire process of helping me select my pre-owned SUV. The transaction went very smooth and I didn’t feel any pressure or obligation at any time. The finance manager Jonathan also offered me a better rate than I could find on my own. Textbook transaction!

Despite some less than positive interactions with Romeo years ago, we decided to give them a shot this year in our quest for a new family car. Our first contact was after hours one Saturday, my son and I just wanted to take a look at the new Trailblazers. We happened to run into one of the sales managers, Devin. Despite being after hours, he took the time to answer some questions and welcomed us to come back later in the week for a test drive. I did the following Friday, where Devin hooked me up with a salesman, George, who was educated about the vehicle without being pushy about making the sale. For the next week, we texted back and forth while I checked in with some other dealerships and decided which direction I wanted to go in. Romeo was able to give me the best price, lowest interest rate and lowest monthly payments for a model I didn't plan to be driving home. Thanks to the friendliness, knowledge and personalities of Devin, George and the finance manager, Steve, this was one of the smoothest and least stressful car buying experiences I have had. Side note: the new car has had some sensor issues which started to occur the same day I drove off with it. As much of a buzzkill it has been to the new car feeling, I cannot be happier with how both George and Devin have handled it. They made sure to get me in with service ASAP and even offered to give me floor mats for the car as compensation for my time. As much as I did not want to meet anyone in the service department yet, I must say that Angel has gone above and beyond to make things right. Based on my experience with the sales department, in particular Devin and George, I would have no problem recommending them or doing business with them again. Here's hoping that my visits with the service department will be few and far between for my new Trailblazer! :)
