I leased my first Acura today with the help of Alex Castrillon. Not only was he professional, patient, knowledgeable he was the same person who had sold my husband his Acura! Alex was great and I love my new car?? although the process takes a long time, he made sure I was kept in the loop with what was happening and where they were in the process. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by such a friendly receptionist my experience was excellent with everyone I spoke to. By far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership and would recommend not only Rallye Acura, but also Alex.

My experience with Rallye Acura was excellent, Danny help me getting my first lease it was a 2020 TLX and since the first day he showed me he was somebody trustworthy which is hard to find on salesman nowadays, had that car for almost 3 years and decided to buy it since the prices of the cars were high after covid and I was getting a nice deal with good interest rate. After like 4 months I upgraded to the A-spec, at that point already met more of the staff and they were always helpful and going the extra mile when I needed, everytime I went there you can feel like they genuinely care about you. The car was realiable but the few times I took my car there, the warranty would cover the work and if I had to pay at least I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off, if I needed a loaner it was never an issue and they would always had the car ready for me. Kenny was my service advisor and he always took care of me, I never had a bad experience, I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I would come back again to get another car for sure.

I just leased my second v hockey from Rallye. Everyone in my family comes to this wonderful place and I have recommended friends here as well. My favorite and only fantastic salesperson is Jennifer Velazquez, she’s one in a million! I trust her completely, she gives you the best deal, no haggling, no nonsense, and the service department is wonderful as well, Enza is over-the-top accommodating each and every service call. They are an amazing team and I trust Jennifer with any sale or lease of a vehicle, you would not be sorry!
