Kyle was extremely kind and helpful! I spent nearly 6 hours taking the car to the mechanic and working out a loan with my bank, and he waited patiently and helped me through the whole process. What a great guy. Kyle pitched the Traverse I bought as an excellent car in great condition, and he was absolutely right. The car got a completely clean bill of health from the mechanic; at least in my case, the car had obviously been treated well by the dealership. Most of the negative reviews are from long ago–my guess is that they predate his time at the dealership.

Bought a Mercedes around Christmas 2023. Kyle (Salesman) was very friendly and upfront through out the entire process. He also gave us a 90 day power train warranty. Car still driving great!! Kyle held up on all he offered. Will definitely be getting my next car from them!!
