Ray Kong is our sales representative from Porsche Redwood City for our very first Porsche (911 GTS). He is extremely professional, detail-oriented, and just pleasant to work with. We have recently picked up our 2023 Cayenne S coupe which we ordered last November. Our sales agent Ray Kong has been very helpful throughout the whole process. Ray is a very sincere and also humorous person which made the whole process a lot more fun. Selecting options on your new car is never a easy thing, good that Ray was there to assist us. He explained to us what each option does and also asked us what our need was to help us decide which options we should include or opt-out. The car actually came about a month late due to the delay of the shipment from the factory but Ray always made sure we know what was going on and what the status was. He let us know instantly when the car was finally arriving even when the car was still on the truck being transported from the port to dealership. He personally tried his best to speed up the process (but NOT sacrificing quality) to deliver the car before our current car lease expired. He even set up a heartwarming ceremony when the car was finally ready for pick up. It was truly a unforgettable experience from the first time we stepped into the showroom all the way to delivery.
