Had the best car-buying experience of my life with Mark at New Century, and I've bought many cars in my 49 years! After searching for an X5 for weeks, I finally found a person and a dealership who was reasonable, informed, positive, and willing to work with me. Mark made himself available at a minute's notice, was friendly, considerate, and just fun to work with. Highly recommended. Sean in financing and the wonderful BMW genius we worked with--sorry, forgot her name--were also fantastic to work with. I had been working with another area BMW dealer for 10+ years because they were closer to where I lived, but now I feel like it's worth the extra drive to come to New Century. We will be getting our cars and servicing from New Century going forward. Also, I managed to get a lot of work for my job done in the spacious and quiet waiting area that has free and fast wifi. Plus, there are some really great food options in walking distance from the dealership, which is a huge plus, because you can eat well while service / car add-ons are done.
