Napleton Kia has been by far, the least challenging and most positive experience when it comes to financing a car. They worked with my requests and were able to provide me with everything I wanted. Zach, Haley, and Corey were able to get me much better rates and more money on my trade in than any other dealership in the Champaign area!

My 24k mi. service at Napleton's went very well on Monday, Sept. 16. They have changed things a bit. I went to the service building at the rear of the Napleton's campus. They informed me that there was a new Kia service bay at the new Kia building. The newly remodelled Kia building at the front of the Napleton's campus is nice and still smells new. I was greeted, checked in, and given a free shuttle ride home and back. Everything went smoothly and the people were friendly and helpful. Great experience. Yes, the cost is higher than taking my Kia to another oil change shop, but here at Napleton's, I get piece of mind that they know my vehicle, the techs are professionals, and nothing will be missed. It is in Napleton's best interest to keep my vehicle in top condition because they will likely receive it as a trade someday. Other oil change shops don't have that interest in my car.

I bought my car at Napletons in April of last year. Working with this business after has been great. They have fixed any issue i have ever had no matter how minor, and make sure i leave with the best care. Working with Andre during my maintenance appointments have been nothing but wonderful! He always greets you with a smile and makes sure every accommodation has been met. He goes above and beyond for his clients and Kia is very lucky to have him. The other members i have worked with from every department have been so helpful and i appreciate Napletons very much and will continue to give them my business in the future.
