When I purchased a new vehicle, I had Spencer Golden as my sales person. He was courteous and was excellent informing me of the progress. He was not high pressure like I have seen with other sales persons with other companies. The other staff were also amazing with the various contacts. First off, I'm very pleased with my purchase. My sales associate Derek did a great job of helping me look at various vehicles and provide information about them. He was very patient with my work schedule and since I lived out of town it was more of a challenge to get there to set up test drives. In the end he was just very helpful with the whole process of trading in my vehicle, getting me financing and making it simple for me to just sign the paperwork and be on my way.
