I Appreciate Sam, the service advisor, for stepping up and taking responsibility. For me, an apology can go along way as I can be very stubborn to hold a grudge, but my husband and I had decided to give Mercedes of Temecula a second chance with service. It's clear to see that Sam shows excellent effort, positive attitude, communication, and has a great growth mindset for the company. A valuable asset as I would say if it was my corporation. Everything so far seems to run smoothly, thoughtful, considerate, and delightful. Sam has brought my satisfaction rating back up and if we need any other service done I would gladly return to him for ongoing service and care for my vehicle.

I purchased two vehicles in the same year, and even though I moved out of the area, and there is a Mercedes a mile away, the people at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula have my loyalty. It’s very rare in this day and age that you don’t want to leave a nasty review. Not once have I ever felt that way about these people. They are top-notch and Bob Crabtree might be one of the last good guys out there. There’s a few of us.
