Darrin went above and beyond to secure me the exact EQS 580 that I wanted. There were some hiccups along the way but Darrin made sure to take full accountability to resolve the matters. I work in finance and I know what it is dealing with clients and emotions behind the process and Darrin was able to juggle through all of that. I did the majority of the transaction over the phone and signed the paperwork through DocuSign and finished some at the dealership. The entire process was painless and outstanding. Todd the manager was also very professional. Darrin did follow up to make sure everything went as planned. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for the best deal and the best customer service. Count me in as a return customer as long as Darrin works there and able to assist. It’s rare to come across someone in the car business as honest and trustworthy as Darrin. *** Just be careful with the finance manager John Borchardt, he’s not honest, he still practices the old unethical warranty gimmicks through Zurich. Please make sure you ask for a pamphlet or read the warranty details as most of the things he claims the zurich covers doesn’t in reality. He perhaps thought we were illiterate individuals but Darrin made sure to do right by us and followed up with him on Monday for our $2700 refund back to our Amex card as none of the stuff he claimed the warranty covers were all false and misleading. Nonetheless, love my EQS 580 and made a great friend there.

One of The most Incredible experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Mike Daub, Michael Dibrizzi, & John Borchardt are prime examples of excellent customer service; Patient, Respectful, Honest, & Fair. They are a great team and incredible assets to their customers and the dealership. I will definitely return when searching for my next vehicle, share my amazing experience with family and friends, and most of all I am happy to say they made me customer for life.

I came in because my Cla 45 sunroof was not working, they booked me in same day. Leo the service rep said they can figure the problem out very quickly. They told me my motor was out and they would order the part to fix it. The part came in within the next 2 days and fixed it same day! Leo is by the far the best service rep I have been with. I will from now on go to him for any of my needs.
