Was in a pickle and needed a car fast which can be a very stressful situation but thankfully I went to Mazda in Kent. Michelle was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was honest and very helpful when looking through the lot. After finding the perfect car it was time for finance and I couldn’t recommend Andrew enough! He made the process simple, smooth and as stress free as it could be. A scary and stressful situation made easy just by being around the right people! If you need a car definitely stop by and ask for Michelle and make sure you get into Andrews office - I can not recommend them enough!

I went into Mazda of Kent today with a difficult task for poor Quinn to full fill. But she did her best and got me in a 2021 Mazda CX-30! Thank you Quinn, hopefully when it's tike for another you will still be there!

Mazda of Kent is second to none. Jeremy is the most wonderful person who made this otherwise anxiety-filled process absolutely seamless. I was presented with honest information and all of the sales managers were warm, welcoming and willing to work with me. Marc was very informative and encouraging. I will never hesitate to come back in the future for cars and recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a car. Thank you Mazda of Kent for the best experience and we will be back!!!

My mom and I spoke with Tyler at Mazda of Kent. He connected with my mom and helped us set up a new lease and worked with us every step of the way. As questions came up and we talked with different dealers Tyler helped us to navigate the our multitude of questions and get us completely set up. As questions came up he continued to show care and responsiveness in reaching out and following up to make sure we were completely comfortable with the deal. After arriving to the dealership Tyler greeted us and made us feel welcomed and that we were at the right dealership. As we waited for the paperwork to be finished and the finalization to be completed he helped us feel that we were a priority and continued to stop by and check in with us. After getting the car he checked in to see if there were additional questions and kept a constant form of communication. I can not recommend Tyler enough as it truly felt that the experience was perfect. Him and the team at Mazda of Kent truly show care and attention when working with us. It felt as though it was a partnership and we were walking away with the car we wanted. Thank you so much to Mazda of Kent for providing us with a truly spectacular experience.

Good experience. Michelle was very easy to work with. Called ahead on car we found online. Did credit app online. Saved time at dealership. Love my Mazda, but have only had it for 5 days.
