Fantastic! They went beyond what I could have expected. I had had so many problems with the Cadillac service in Ithaca. Matthews fixed all those problems and went above fixing other problems as well. They treated me the way you expect to be treated after buying a Cadillac, even though I didn't buy from them. Will make the hour and half drive for fantastic service.
