He showed me through the various options and even encouraged me to take a few models for a test drive. Once I settled on the perfect model, the financing process was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. When I finally drove off the lot, I felt not only thrilled with my purchase but also grateful for the courtesy and professionalism of everyone involved. Excellent experience. Drove all the way from Houston for a vehicle buying experience the way it should be. I gave 4 Houston dealers a shot but they all wanted to play games, or have “add-ons” that cost $3k-$5k extra. No thanks, I can spend my own money. Mark dodge doesn’t play games, doesn’t have add on charges, and was one of the smoothest purchases I’ve made on a vehicle.
