Litchfield Ford was helpful, accommodating, and guided us through the car buying process. Sales and management were responsive and communicated in a timely fashion. Emails and phone messages were returned immediately. Our ' new 'used car was detailed and ready when we arrived for pickup. The manager helped us sign and file all important paperwork quickly and effeciciently. They even spent time helping us download the Ford App to connect our devices and teaching us about all the features of the SUV and its computer system. The hour ride to Litchfield Ford was well worth our time! This is our second Ford Edge, we have been driving our first Edge for 12 years with great reliability! The Ford Edge is a fantastic SUV! While on vacation, I stopped in for an oil and filter change while visiting family in Connecticut. The service was excellent! I have to say better than my dealer at home as they don’t normally top off other fluids under the hood, a pleasant surprise. Thank you!!

Patrick Mendes was our very excellent salesperson. Nick the financial guy was helpful. Dan did nice job walking us through features of our Bronco Baflands. Detail dept. did a great job. Thanks to everyone at Litchfield Ford.

Litchfield Ford could not have been more accommodating in performing the software update mandated by the recall. Leeann called me before I was even notified by Ford and made an appointment for a technician to come to my house to do the update. I was able to get an appointment a couple of days after the call and the technician was courteous, competent and knowledgeable. I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name. To Pat and Chris Hill I would like to extend my thanks and commend their team. Any business would be fortunate to have employees like this. Thanks again.

I hold on to my vehicles so my experience is limited. My limited experience has never really been pleasant to say the least. Litchfield Ford and Gabe changed all of that for me. A++ sales team. I had a specific make and model in mind when meeting Gabe so I wasn't going in cold. We got right to business, but not strictly business because we had a lot in common. So plenty of great conversation ensued. We looked, we worked numbers, and at the end of the day I walked out of there with more truck than I had thought I was gonna get, but here is the kicker....for less than the MINIMUM I was willing to pay a month. We beat my maximum payment in mind by almost 130 dollars less, 30 dollars less than I figured I would be in the market for at a minimum, and once again for more truck. That wasn't with an extravagant amount of money down, and my trade was an old commuter that lived its life on job sites. No up sales, no let's try the next model up, none of that. Just business. I knew what I wanted, and Gabe made it work and then some. Personal, professional, courteous, friendly. All of the above. Finance was great, also plenty of great conversation, and even a delivery team to show you around your new vehicle. Highly recommended, have already recommended family who may be coming into the market and will 100% be my first phone call next go round.
