Outstanding customer service. Salesman A. "Peanut" Baul showed out for me. He went above and beyond! I told him what I wanted and within a few hours he called and said that he found my car and it will be delivered today! I went in and was pleasantly surprised not only was the color right but my Trax had a sunroof! They even tinted the windows for me! Highly recommend T-Town Chevrolet. Had a service done on my Cadillac CT6 and I don't think I have ever been as pleased with a mechanic shop as I was today. First of all, I expected to come out of a pretty penny but Douglas informed me that my thermostat was still in warranty so Zero dollars there. After that I was informed by Blaine that the coolant temperature sensor was out but all I had to do was buy the part and Jim Norton would take care of the rest! Wayne informed me that my out of pocket would be $18 for near about $1000 worth of work! They even offered my son a breakfast sandwich while I waited!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could, thanks Jim Norton T-Town!!!
