I can’t say thank you enough to our salesman Dave K! He was so helpful and attentive to my needs especially because I had such an awful experience in my last vehicle. The amount of time he spent with us is amazing and I really can’t thank him enough. Also, everyone else we had interacted with was very supportive as well. Bryan in finance was great and personable-we felt very comfortable with this purchase thanks to both of them. Great job guys! I love my new girl Betty White!

Just purchased my first Jeep from Jerry Ulm this week and the buying process was great! Ali our sales agent was informative from our very first phone call and scheduled an appointment for us to view the vehicle we were interested in, even though it wasn't going to be till late in the evening. We drove almost 2 hours to view the vehicle and he had it ready to test drive when we arrived. Of course there is always some back and forth in the car buying process, but there was never any uncomfortable moments with the team we worked with. Danny the sales manager came over and was very professional in our communications and we were happy with the end result. Soony the finance manager is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and was efficient with all of the paperwork. The team stayed over an hour after closing to complete our purchase. We left happy new Jeep owners!

Always come here to service my 2016 red Chrysler 200c they do a good job here and offer Ubers if needed. Was able to Help me get the radio replaced in my car fairly quickly awhile ago with a small charge Highly recommend this dealership. Cleaned my car amazing!!?????? Andrew ferro, in service is amazing always goes above and beyond. 5/5 service adviser!

I bought a Compass here earlier this year. Our salesman was Ali and he was really nice! I purchased an upgraded warranty and I’m glad I did, because within a month or so if having the car, it started driving oddly. I took it in and they diagnosed issues that would’ve cost a couple grand to fix. I didn’t pay anything for the repair because of the warranty. They took about 2.5 weeks to fix my car but they paid for my Lyft rides to and from the dealership. Chris was the gentleman in service that handled our repair and he always got back to my pretty quickly when I requested updates on the repair status. Overall I had a good experience and I will come back when I’m ready to upgrade my vehicle.
