My salesman, Jim Malivuk was excellent to work with, there wasn't any pressure and he made sure I was comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend working with Jim on any vehicle transaction. I would also commend the finance manager, Kayla Turner because of her, the rest of the process was easy.

Excellent experience with Herndon Chevy! I had the opportunity to work with Paolo, Carter, and Matt in sales and Ron in finance. They were transparent with pricing and opportunities for savings and never put extra pressure to buy. The test drive process was great, and Carter was knowledgeable about all the features of the truck. I first arrived on a Thursday and was interested in purchasing the truck, but unfortunately did not have time to complete the deal that night. The staff was open to my situation and I was able to return the next day to finish the purchase. They didn't push me to rush the deal or immediately sign contracts. I felt very comfortable working with everyone at Herndon and would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car.
