Sean was impressive! He was extremely helpful and explained problems and solutions very well. I observed how respectful he was to coworkers and customers alike. He changed my opinion about bringing my car to the dealership. I always avoided dealership service because it’s typically more expensive. I initially brought it because it had an electrical problem that I figured was still under warranty. He was so helpful, patient and timely. The check in attendant at the PM drop off (Kevin-young black man) was also very polite, helpful and professional. If I weren’t moving out of state, I would be back. Highly recommend Herb Chambers service station on Morrissey.

I wanna start off by saying the customer service was amazing that’s very important to me. Everyone there was welcoming and nice to me which I love! I just wanna say a huge thank you to Rushane for helping me buy my first car a 2024 Honda Civic I’m very much appreciative for him. Also Lascelles and Jean for helping me I’m very grateful for everyone.

I picked up my second lease here with Honda today. Rushane was very helpful with finding the right vehicle (color I requested ????) for my family and I. With no overselling he also made sure the price worked for me. Customer service was great, would recommend !

From the moment I walked in the building to the completion of the application, George has been very kind and helpful. I thought the process was going to be long and difficult but he explained and it went faster than expected. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me get a car. I'm super happy right now. He enjoys his job and you can see it. Thank you George.

Replaced all four tires last fall, and even though I had issues with two of them a few weeks later (which nobody likes but it happens) Herb Chambers Honda replaced those two without any hassle after finding manufacturer defects - they simply couldn’t be balanced properly. No problems with the replacements. Chris in particular was great and I really appreciated the professionalism.
