We purchased our Toyota RAV4 a week ago and LOVE IT!! Our sales person, Ethan Jolly, was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about all aspects of each car that we drove. He was able to answer any questions and was patient as we drove several cars trying to decide which one we wanted. I HIGHLY recommend Ethan to anyone looking for a car!! Our Equinox had a sudden vacuum pump issue causing my brakes not to work and leaving me stranded in Huntsville before Christmas. There were only a few days left of the full extended warranty we purchased would expire. Nicole was helpful in getting me towed back to Harbin's. The service technicians took care of diagnosing and getting warranty parts approved. We got our car back the day of the scheduled appointment to look at it. We are very thankful for that warranty and the support we received. Going without a vehicle the week of Christmas was tough. It would have been nice to have been given something to drive. We asked. Thankful no one was hurt and it is fixed. The tech was so kind, he washed it for us and did not charge the $10. We were also notified of the status daily.
