From the beginning I was not sure what kind of experience I was going to get being my first time applying online! This was 20 out of 10 stars for me. Mike was very professional and understood my circumstances and needs. We did everything over the phone and within a day I had a vehicle in my driveway while the one I had purchased was getting some maintenance. Mike let me know every step of the way what was going on and what to expect. When my vehicle that I purchased arrived at my house I was beyond excited! After getting the run around from other dealerships I had given up on finding me a car, Glasscock and Mike helped me out. My family and I will be dealing with them for here on out. Thanks Mike!! My wife and I found ourselves in need of a vehicle. After getting the run around at our local dealership we decided to call glasscock chevrolet. We had a great experience with them. The salesman was professional and courteous to my wife. After a few days she had her car delivered to our driveway. She is super happy and I'm happy seeing her happy. Thank you glasscock chevrolet.

Considering the fact that I’ve only had this car a couple months and already having issues is concerning enough. This dealership supposedly prides itself on its small hometown customer care but it’s just another money hungry dealership. When it comes to you needing something you’re an inconvenience. I regret going through this dealership. I should’ve just stuck with my original plan of driving out a few hundred miles to a bigger city with more competition, I would’ve at least gotten a better price on the vehicle. Oh well you live and learn. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Update: Jeff at Glasscock has completely turned my experience around. He went out of his way to come and get my car to get it looked at and find the issue with the radio. I appreciate everything he has done and will do to get the issue resolved, I put the problem on the back burner when I had more pressing matters to deal with but he followed up with me and has really done everything in his power to make it right.
