G Motors completely shifted the way I see car dealerships. Usually I have to walk in on defense mode because as a young lady most dealerships see me as prey. Rick, Gian & Frank didn’t see me that way. I felt like FAMILY. They were willing to fight for me in order to get a reasonable deal, and patiently answered all of my questions. Their maintenance and detailing team did a wonderful job of addressing any concerns and making sure the car was in TOP condition. Not only did the team help me on the deal, but Gian & Frank helped me with questions about how I can best manage my payments and even tips and tricks on how to further build my credit through payments! Their help went beyond just securing a deal, they all treated me like a little sister. My dad passed 2 years ago and he usually is the one that helps me with this, but Gian, Rick & Frank all embodied the spirit of my Dad these past few days. Jeff helped me get into a new truck and also G, Derrick and Brian (the owner) were all wonderful. Made sure I was comfortable and got my payments down by hundreds of dollars alongside a 2 year warranty. They dealt with us fairly and gave us options. We didn't felt rushed or compelled, rather a decent aura about the place and customer service was just as expected. Rick and Rufi made sure that I was comfortable and whatever issues I saw was dealt with before I left in the vehicle.

Very good experience. G motors was actually fairly transparent with me, didn’t pressure me into any decisions I wasn’t happy with, and went the extra mile when I found issues with the truck I had selected to get them repaired that day before I bought it. Very accommodating to my requests. Rick worked hard to earn my business.
